Journaling for Better Health Series, January-February, 2026. This series is for patients and their family members/care partners at the Harold Alfond Center for Cancer Care in Augusta, Maine, as well as local community members who have or have had cancer regardless of where they received treatment.
Registration is open for winter classes through the Peter Alfond Prevention & Healthy Living Center. There are so many great classes this season--yoga & snowshoeing, cooking, strength training, and tons more, including three new writing classes I'll be teaching.
